  • Payment: Processing consultations, services, and IGY6 Fund donations

We use other information to:

  • Improve our services and website functionality
  • Process donations to the IGY6 Fund through secure third-party providers like PayPal

BUSINESS ASSOCIATES

We may share your PHI with business associates (vendors, contractors, third-party service providers) who help us provide services. All business associates must sign agreements to protect your PHI according to HIPAA standards.

BREACH NOTIFICATION

If a breach of your PHI occurs, we will:

  • Take appropriate steps to minimize harm and prevent future breaches

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Donations to the IGY6 Fund and payments for services are processed through secure, third-party providers like PayPal. We do not store your credit card or banking information.

WEBSITE AND DATA USAGE

We collect website usage data for improvement purposes. This information is not linked to your PHI and is used solely for enhancing user experience and website functionality.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
